Driving student success

How near-peer coaches are mobilized on campus

At our partner institutions, near-peer coaches are either a new student success strategy, or they complement the strategies that already exist. Either way, they are the catalyst for increasing the success of students from low-income backgrounds. But, how are near-peer coaches trained and mobilized to do their work, and how do they work with the institution’s staff? We get that question more than any other. Join us to learn how we operationalize the program, including coach training and development. And, learn how we make sure our innovative near-peer coaching program is connected with existing infrastructure and support resources.
